I purchased three pictures from Matt as Christmas presents to family and to some very special friends who share a love of dogs.  When I saw the final paintings I was overwhelmed.  For the next four weeks or so, I found it very hard not to talk about them, drove my family and my friends crazy with hints about what I had for them because I just couldn't wait for them to see them. For one of the pictures all Matt was given was a crumpled printed photograph to go from. The results were stunning and they will probably remain the most precious gifts that I have ever been fortunate enough to give to people I care about.

Matts style and accuracy is outstanding.  He is a very talented artist. I still cannot stop looking at the painting and will definitely be going back for more in the future.

Matt’s pictures are fantastic!

I wanted to give special Christmas presents to a couple of friends so asked Matt if he could produce paintings of their pets.  I  provided him with a selection of photographs of 4 cats and 2 dogs.  A few months later Matt called to say the pictures were ready.  I was amazed at how good they were.  (For a moment I thought he was showing me the original photographs.)  At Christmas my friends burst into tears because they were so over-whelmed.  Most people who have seen the pictures  haven’t realised they are actually paintings.  The detail is incredible (have a look at Bracken – he is the Tabby Cat lying on the decking with the over-hanging plant).

Matt is extremely talented and if you want a life-like painting of your pet, I would recommend you contact Matt.

I provided Matt with a photo of my husband riding. He transformed the photo into a beautiful painting which I gave to my husband for his 50th birthday. He was surprised and delighted with this lovely picture of him on his great horse and it hangs in the hallway being shown off to visitors.
